PassVantage is an on-demand digital exam-prep platform operated by New Chapter Institute LLC. When you purchase access, you receive immediate access to digital study content, assessments, and related account features.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date, email us from the address on your account and we will refund the full purchase price. No forms, no questions, no hassle.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days of our confirmation.
• Access to the refunded prep ends when the refund is issued.
• One refund per state prep per customer; a prep that has been refunded cannot be repurchased under the guarantee.
• Requests received more than 30 days after purchase are outside the guarantee and are reviewed case by case.

3. Technical Issues & Access Problems

If a technical issue prevents you from using a prep you have paid for, we will work with you in good faith to restore access. The 30-day guarantee still applies in full while we do.

4. Responsibility for Deadlines & Compliance

You remain responsible for knowing your exam and licensing deadlines and for allowing enough time to study. Outside the 30-day window we cannot refund for missed deadlines, changes in your licensing status, or regulatory changes.
